I haven't posted for a while because Grant and I have been feverishly putting together a DVD that helps beginners of EFT quickly become proficient in using these techniques.

The DVDs starts from the absolute basics, helps you overcome common blocks that stop people from using it regularly, and highlights the most important points to know so you can become an effective EFTer.
