Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT)

Those interested in the history & evolution of the various meridian tapping techniques may be interested to read EFT Master Patricia Carrington's article released yesterday in her new look "Meridian Tapping Times" newsletter entitled "The Future of Meridian Tapping".

Meridian tapping techniques is a generic or umbrella term which is intended to include all meridian based techniques, including but not limited to Official EFT, TFT, TAT, BSFF, WHEE, PET, SET, Choices, Matrix Reimprinting, Imagineering etc etc etc and anything developed from these.

Julie & I were first introduced to TFT before we moved on to Official EFT. To date we have also used variations of EFT, TAT, WHEE, Choices & Imagineering.

Meridian Tapping Techniques (MTT) practitioners around the world continue to evolve new ways of using, expanding & enhancing these powerful tools for the ultimate benefit of us all.

Whatever you call it, keep tapping, it works.
