We, Julie & Grant, lost our first baby during birth at full term in 2008. After navigating our way through our loss using EFT, we felt inspired to create a program to help ease the way for other parents. It's what we would have liked for ourselves at that most devastating time in our lives.
We know that this program can’t give you what you most desire (ie. your precious baby), but we hope you will find that it helps to dramatically ease the way through the intense challenges of grieving.
The challenge of coming to terms with the death of your baby is multifaceted and complex. We aim to address many parts of this so that you can find more inner strength, peace, love and passion for life in a way that honours your baby, yourself and your family.
Each program comprises seven interactive modules (Broken Dreams, Intense Emotions, Memories, Unpacking Grief, Persistent Thoughts, Relationships, The Future) & comes with it’s own 32 page workbook. Each module comprises two main video clips averaging 25 minutes each, totalling 6 hours for the complete program. The audios are also included.
These programs integrate various applications of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) through interactive video clips. The programs are self contained and do not require previous knowledge of EFT.
We wanted this program to be accessible to every grieving parent of a precious stillborn baby, so we made it based on donations.
Sincerely,
Julie

Following Miscarriage
We have finally created and published an online support program for parents of a miscarried baby. We created this program from our own experience of fare welling our 11 week old miscarried baby in 2009, and our stillborn son in 2008. Whilst miscarriages are much more widely recognised in society, it isn't necessarily supported in a way that recognises the emotional roller coaster that can follow for the parents - for both the mother and father.
Having someone to share your feelings with is such a blessing, but sometimes that doesn't seem to bring about the closure that is needed. Even just thinking about finding closure can bring up lots of painful feelings, and maybe even guilt for even considering it. Our program sensitively addresses this, and more, using a mind body technique, EFT, that helps to clear the emotions that no longer serve us. This is especially important if you are considering another pregnancy, so that you can fully embrace your next child.
There is over a dozen video clips that you can follow to address issues such as persistent painful memories, intense emotions, regret over challenging decisions made, feeling hurt by people's reactions, dealing with your broken dreams, facing the future, and more. It is a donation based program offered to you because we have experienced for ourselves the incredible power of this approach. If you think this might be helpful for you too, then have a look at http://www.followingmiscarriage.com/ to get a feel for what we are offering.
We appreciate the delicate nature of dealing with the loss of a baby, and sincerely wish you all the best whatever the path you choose to take.
Namaste, Julie

Clearing the Clutter (Part 2)
I have listened to the whole audio on clearing clutter, but realise that I will need to go back to some parts to further release the blocks to clearing out clutter. Interesting how much emphasis is put on the emotional reasons for clutter. Makes sense too. There are only a limited number of things that one can do to deal with an item: file it away, attend to it, throw it away. But if we have emotional baggage around it, then it will seem like a big deal and we won't get to it.

After doing the tapping I found myself effortlessly clearing out the kitchen draws with the assistance of our 7 month old. He loved it. Admittedly it was an easy place to start as I don't have any emotional attachment to the contents of the draws. Unlike my books, clothes, gifts received that are no longer wanted, items that reflected past unfinished projects etc.
What part of your house is an easy place to start to clear out clutter? Perhaps do some tapping on the overwhelming feeling of dealing with it all, and it may become obvious where to start.
Cheerio,
Julie
